Every weekday morning (or afternoon, whatever works for your rhythm) fire up your zoom account, lock the meeting (so no one else can join), hit record and then…

...RIFF, RANT, RAGE and RATIFY for 5 minutes about your business.

Some examples:

The POSSIBILITIES (what's possible for your people when they finally solve this problem?)

The PITFALLS (what is the range of [negative] possibility if they do nothing?)

The VICTORS (which people or systems operate in alignment with your beliefs?)

The VILLAINS (which people or systems operate counter to your beliefs?)

The STINKING THINKING (what are the poor habits, mindset or beliefs that hold people back?)

The SUPERHERO PSYCHOLOGY (what are the helpful habits, mindset or beliefs of people who win?)

Or literally ANYTHING ELSE that passionately comes to mind when you think of the work you do and what it really takes to be successful.

Here’s the best part.

They are yours and yours alone.

Consider this a “safe space” for you to practice pushing your own edge...

...to find the truth in your VOICE and VOCABULARY.

Do this every work day for a month and I believe you’ll find the clarity in your unique message starts to come through in powerful ways.
